logorect2Featuring 48 training hours per week, our schedule offers you the flexibility your busy lifestyle demands. Can’t make your scheduled training time? Just let us know that you are coming to another time for that day – You get to train, we get to see you. Win-Win!

Our training calendar is built around 4-week sessions, which may not fit within a calendar month. You can start at any time within a session, and recovery weeks are noted.
