Featuring 40 classes per training week, our schedule offers you the flexibility your busy lifestyle demands. Can’t make your scheduled class? Just let us know that you are coming to another class for that day – You get to train, we get to see you. Win-Win!

Our training calendar is built around 4-week sessions, which may not fit within a calendar month. You can start at any time within a session, and recovery weeks are noted. Any changes to the calendar will be announced at training and in our weekly newsletter. Not sure if this schedule is going to work for you? Come to two weeks of class on us!
