It is a dairy beverage that has much of the objectionable aspects (in my opinion) of milk drastically reduced. 60% less calories, 84% less carbs, 90% less sugar. I still wouldn't choose to live on the stuff all the time, but it is good choice in the overall big picture.

Product details: <a href="http://www.hphood.com/products/prodDetail.aspx?id=577" rel="nofollow">http://www.hphood.com/products/prodDetail.aspx?id...</a>

Great question.

I've also found it at Market Basket..

If you use a chocolate protein powder here is another great recipe to try.

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 Tablespoon peanut butter

3 Tablespoons dry oatmeal

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup water

3-4 ice cubes

Combine all in a blender and enjoy. This is a wonderfully thick shake.
