I have really enjoyed getting to know all our new members in Concord, and have been able to meet many of you in the early Epsom classes as well.
At the core we are a family business. Everything we do revolves not only our immediate family, but our training family as well. We really appreciate you letting us be involved in reaching your fitness and performance goals, and it is always a lot of fun to hear about what is going on in “real life” as well.

Dean, Nancy's genetics really do help balance out yours:).Haha… just as mine do Bruce's, right? I love the pic of all of you together… such a rare sighting these days!

Thanks for sharing. What a great family! I missed Friday because my 3 year old absolutely needed to go camping. Yes, even in the rain. Nothing but my daughter will be excuse enough to miss another class! See you Monday morning!

I'm sure you'd still be that blond Dean….if you had hair….
Nancy, it says in "Meet the Staff" you have 6 kids…..I'm counting 5 or were you including Dean as well…..? Fantastic pictures! Now when are you going to start the Mommy and Me class??
We do have six kids. Our third son, Derek, is now in heaven. He died of SIDS at 11 months.
I do like the idea of counting Dean in there…… good idea.
